Dear ROM Meetup Members!
We are pleased to announce a new upcoming event: Mitch Shelowitz, a partner with Shelowitz Broder LLP (a boutique law firm representing several entertainment and hospitality clients here in NYC) will give a presentation on the following topic:
"Buying and Selling Your NYC Restaurant Business: Top 10 Key Issues"
This is less than a month away! We will meet at my office on 38th Street (btw 5th and 6th Aves) for no more than 1 hour, so that anyone who has to work that evening will not miss the presentation. At 6:00 PM we can walk across the street to a new place called The Australian (20 West 38th St.) for socializing and to ask Mitch any specific questions you may have. Feel free to meet us at either place; just look for the little red Meetup Sign!!!
